Hanna Lee Joshi is a Korean Canadian artist based in Vancouver whose work is, at its core, an inner self portrait, a meditative mapping of her interior world through the female figure.

Working in layered paint with coloured pencil built over the surface, she chases luminosity and gradient as a way of finding and sharing her voice. Her practice is as much about the making as the made, a slow deliberate process of becoming visible to herself and through that to others.

She has worked with Adobe, and her work has been featured in Hi-Fructose, Colossal, and exhibited internationally.
